Returns

Items shipped from loghia.com, can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment. In order to return books ordered, you must give written notice by email to info(at)loghia.com.

Books must be returned intact and in perfect condition at the same time as a copy of the invoice or order proving purchase on the loghia.com site. In the package, along with the merchandise, you have to enclose the bank account details to which you want to be refunded.

The return of the books must be carried out at your expenses.

After receiving the merchandise and verifying its conditions we will proceed to pay the cost of the volumes returned, net of the contribution to the shipping costs incurred by Loghia for delivery, quantified on a flat-rate basis at 3.00 Euro (+ VAT).

Libraries must acknowledge that Loghia does not sell on consignment.

Reimbursements

The re-credit is made by bank transfer to the account you indicated in the accompanying letter to the returned book(s).

If the products subject to withdrawal are damaged, we will inform you, in order to allow you, whenever possible, to exercise the right of recourse to the courier who handled the carriage. The damaged product will be made available for its return, resulting in ineffectiveness of the waiver.

The right of return does not apply to electronic and digital products (eBooks).
